With the proper training, a student can quickly develop basic dance techniques. Our goal is to build confidence and an appreciation for dance through professional training and a positive atmosphere.

How can I be assured of being taught by an instructor at my skill level?
Baltimore Arts And Cultural Exchange’s experienced and extensively trained dance instructors teach various styles of dance at various skill levels. Students are placed in the appropriate class level with a suitable instructor. Our classes and programs are designed for both the beginner and expert.

What are the benefits of learning how to dance?

What type of shoes are required for dance class?
In order to preserve our studio floor, shoes that have been worn outside are not permitted in Baltimore Arts And Cultural Exchange studios. Do dance lessons require a partner?
A significant percentage of our group classes are made up of single males and females with regular partner rotation. Couples that attend our dance classes are not required to participate in partner rotation.
